1. Title: Project Manager

Report to: Managing Director
Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen
Quantity: 2 (each location)
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for the total contribution of the assigned shows, existing and new Events launches.
Principal Accountabilities
- To prepare budget and monitor expenses
- To work with Account Manager and Sales Manager for overall project requirement.
- To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players and issues.
- To create features and conference programme
- To direct the sales team achieve sales target for assigned projects.
- To monitor overall on-site activities together with Operation Manager.
- To develop and cooperate with Marketing Manager on the relevant supporting marketing campaign.
Requirements
- Be familiar with IT industry.
- Excellent inter-personal communications skill.
- Well organized, hardworking and self-motivated.
- Extensive experience in event management, and over 3 years as team leader.
- Experience in event and exhibition industry is a definite asset.
- Good oral and written English ability.
- Good computing skill.

2. Title: Account Manager

Report to: Sales Manager
Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen
Quantity: 2 (each location)
Responsibility:
- Manage to achieve personal sales target set by company.
- Maintain the relationships with company¡¯s current North China accounts and gain new and renewal business from those accounts.
- Develop new business in IT and Telecom area from new accounts.
- Identify business opportunities in Non-IT (i.e. FMCG, Culture) industries
- Track the competitors¡¯ marketing activities.
- Work with project team to provide customer services after signing the contract with clients.
- Collect payment
Requirements
- University degree. Major in technology is preferred.
- At least four years sales experience in exhibition, event of IT or telecommunication. Alternatively, at least four years sales experience in IT and telecommunication product.
- Familiar with the sales and marketing operation process of IT and telecom companies.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Good computing skill.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.

3. Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: VP - Sales
Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen
Quantity: 1 (each location)
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for sales and assignment of exhibit space and VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows.
Principal Accountabilities
- To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows.
- To develop sales leads and maintain exhibitor prospect list.
- To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
- To prepare accurate and timely reports.
- To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget.
- To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma holder
- Sales Experience in the electronics or metallurgy industry is definitely an asset.
- Willing to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluent Spoken and Written English.
- Good selling and communications skill

4. Title: Project Coordinator

Report to: Project Manager
Location: Beijing
Quantity: 1
Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for performing the general administrative and coordination duties as they relate to the assigned shows. Interface with Project Director/Project Sales Manager/Project Sales Executive for the purpose of implementing the assigned shows.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide telephone support on incoming mails, screen where necessary, and distribute messages and forward calls and messages to the appropriate person.
- Make outgoing calls for exhibitor follow-up or prospect qualification as assigned.
- Provide administrative support on-site as assigned.
- Maintenance of show databases (prospects/exhibitors).
- Maintenance of stock level of shows promotional materials.
- Monitor payment status (with PSM).
- Execute mass faxing and mailing activities related to assigned projects(s).
- Process and handle all designated correspondence and reports related to assigned project(s).
- Interface with other Project Sales Coordinators to enhance the overall productivity of the unit.
- Interface with team members to enhance customer relations with exhibitors and attendee bases.
Skills and Core Competencies:
- University graduate with at least 1 year's relevant working experience
- Able to speak and write well in both Chinese and English.
- Typing Skills & computer literate
- Working knowledge of office procedures
- Pleasant telephone manners
- Organizational Skills and good interpersonal skills
- Telemarketing Skills (added advantage)
- Independent Worker who possesses initiativ

5. Title: Call Centre Executive

Report to: Project Manager
Location: Beijing
Quantity: 1
Accountabilities:
- To recruit qualified Call Centre Agents to maintain an active pool;
- To train & monitor performance of Call Center Agents;
- To manage Call Center Agents discipline, administration and temp pay sheet and so on;
- To engage in buyer/visitor attendance promotion by active solicitation, recruitment and close contact with buyers/visitors;
- To control process of pre-show visitor registration and to achieve the quantitative target of pre-registered visitors ;
- In charge of management of visitors registration on site;
- To assist supervisor in executing visitor surveys on site and compile visitors¡¯ survey report after each event;
- Design and implement call sheet for agents and a list of FAQs.
Requirements:
- Strong telesales skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Call center management experience
- A good team player with effective communication skill
- Good English command
- Prefer BA degree in Exhibition management or Marketing & Sale
